Vinyl Logo Application

Want to put your team logo on your gear? Triple Flip Team is one of the few companies that offers an in-house vinyl logo application service!

Our vinyl logos are made exclusively for stretchwear. Artwork is die-cut from a high-grade European stretch vinyl sheet and applied to your garment with heat to bond the adhesive. They have enough built-in stretch for typical wear, but can be damaged under extreme conditions. Vinyl is available in a variety of colours. Custom colours require an additional 1-2 weeks to order.

Not all logos are suitable for vinyl, and must be individually approved and quoted. At this time we do not provide silkscreen or embroidery in-house. We do not offer in-house logo design, so you will need to provide the requested logo as a digital vector art file, ending either in .EPS or .AI.

 

Submitting Your Artwork

All files must be supplied electronically
  1. Create artwork in a high-resolution electronic file.
  2. Completed artwork must be submitted in a VECTORED format (.EPS or .AI file), accompanied by a PDF file for proofing. The artwork will be evaluated to ensure it will make a quality vinyl application.
  3. Decide where on the garment you would like the logo placed, and at what size.
  4. Before the logo is applied to all of the clothing, a graphic proof will be produced for your approval and sign-off.

To prevent time delays, we recommend starting the artwork process when you schedule your fittings. The formatting and logo approval process can take anywhere from a few days to 3+ weeks to finalize, so please allow for this in your timeline.

If you have a team logo but don't have it in a vector format, our production designer can help you digitize the artwork. There is a cost involved in creating the vector file, which we will estimate prior to proceeding. However, once the final logo is finished, it's easy to reproduce the artwork for subsequent orders.

 

Pricing

Logo prices are quoted on an individual basis and are determined by the number of colours, volume and complexity of design.
Prices can range anywhere from $3 - $20+ per garment.

Vector Art Fee: $35/hour (if formatting is required)
Vinyl Order Fee: $10 per order (fee applied to each group order)
