How long does it take to get our Teamwear order?

Production time for Custom Teamwear orders is approximately 8 weeks from the date a completed order is submitted to production.  To be considered a complete order, all details including sizes and quantities are approved, and a 50% deposit has been paid. For In-Stock and Off-the-Rack orders, the turnaround is cut in half, or in some cases, is immediate, dependent on in-stock or off-the-rack quantities being available, and customization. Additional time may be required if vinyl or fabric is special ordered.  Be sure to allow yourself additional time to size your team with a Sample Set and coordinate the order.  Also, please note that all orders sent to production after October 15th will have 2 weeks added to their lead time.

What are your order minimums?

There are no minimums for In-Stock, Off-the-Rack or Custom Teamwear orders, provided they have been verified as being purchased for a group.  Triple Flip TEAM order requirements ensure that even small groups can order and re-order with ease year after year.

 

How do we know what size to order?

To see our sizing chart, please click here. We recommend doing fittings with a Sample Size Set, as this is the most accurate method of determining sizing for your group -- the size chart is just a guideline and does not account for personal preferences.  For fittings, we will loan you a Sample Set for sizing your group in the items of your choice, for up to a week. Shipping of Sample Sets is the responsibility of your organization, but we are happy to send it at no charge to your nearest Triple Flip store, should you wish to pick it up. Please email our Teamwear Coordinator at teamwear@tripleflip.ca  to reserve your sample set.  These book up quickly, especially during the fall, so we advise a reservation to ensure the best timing for your group.

 

Does your sizing allow us to fit our entire group with Triple Flip Teamwear?  Guys too?

Triple Flip TEAM sizes are very versatile when looking to outfit a diverse group, right from a Children's Small up to an Adult XL. Gone are the days of dressing your youngest team members in a jacket meant for someone twice their size!  We have what fits.  Triple Flip created our own unique sizing system, developed from the measurements of hundreds of athletes, and designed to give great fits to a wide variety of bodies.  Check out our Sizing Chart for more details: click here.  Triple Flip TEAM offers more sizes than our retail stores carry, but not all styles are available in the larger sizes, so please inquire with the Triple Flip TEAM Coordinator about the specific item you have in mind.  And YES, for guys too, we can outfit from a boys' small through to a men's XL, so your team look can be complete. 

 

What fabric choices are available?

Triple Flip stretchwear is constructed of high-performance technical fabrics which contain from 5% to 14% Lycra, giving them excellent shape retention and four-way stretch. Special technical qualities allow the fabric to wick away moisture from the skin, making them appropriate for many sports and applications.   We choose only the best, non-pilling quality to give you years of wear, with your garments looking like new.  DriFit, our top choice, is available in 9 stock colours, and we offer DriFlex (fleece backed for a warmer option) in black only.  For more details: click here. 

Our cotton collection, available in girls' and women's sizing only, is made of a premium cotton fleece or t-shirt jersey, 95% cotton and 5% lycra, added for amazing shape retention and fit.  For more details, please click here or email teamwear@tripleflip.ca for a free fabric sample, to feel the quality for yourself!  The cottons are available in-stock in black.  White, gray and other colours are often available, but please contact Triple Flip TEAM for the current selection.

 

If we just want solid black or an item from your retail store stock, can we purchase them at a discount for our group?

Yes! Our In-Stock Program includes solid black garments in our most popular styles. These items can be ordered at any time with quick turnaround, no minimums required.  For an In-Stock price list please email teamwear@tripleflip.ca for more information. 

Our retail items are also available for teams at a discount, through our Off-The-Rack program.  This includes any seasonal store or online item that we have in available store stock.  These are subject to availability, as sizes and quantities may be limited for some items, or only available seasonally.  These items can be ordered at any time with quick turnaround.  Contact us to see what we can help put together for you!

 

Can we add to or change a Custom Teamwear order once it’s in production?

Once an order is submitted to production, your order is assigned a specific place in the production queue. Any request for changes will result in delays, if it is able to be accommodated at all. As a best practice, last minute changes to a team order (style or quantity), once the order has gone into production, will not be accepted.

 

Do you require a deposit with our Custom Teamwear order?

All order details must be approved and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the order is considered complete and will be submitted to production. The balance is due upon order completion, and prior to pick-up or shipping.

 

How much will shipping cost?

Regular shipping rates apply and are dependent on your location and order size. Shipping costs for samples sets, and final delivery of orders are determined upon receipt of the order by the customer, and are the responsibility of your team.  We are happy to ship your sample set or completed order to any of our stores for pick-up, at no additional charge.  For our Canadian customers only, GST/HST/PST is collected on all Flip TEAM products, as required by law of the province you live in.  International orders are responsible for any duties and taxes, as required.  Note that our Triple Flip stretchwear is made in Canada, and is duty free to the US and Mexico, under NAFTA. 

 

As an individual can I purchase single items directly from Triple Flip TEAM?

Triple Flip TEAM is only able to handle group sales, and as such, we sell to schools, clubs, teams and organizations only. We do not offer wholesale pricing or work with other resellers. You can only buy Triple Flip directly from Triple Flip. If you are interested in any of our products, please have your designated team representative contact us directly. Are Triple Flip retail stores and Triple Flip TEAM the same?

Triple Flip TEAM is a division of Triple Flip that specializes in group sales, and is the only division offering a guys' collection and custom activewear garments.  Triple Flip TEAM operates out of our Corporate Office in Calgary and has its own website at www.tripleflipteam.ca.  Triple Flip also has retail store locations nationwide, as well as an online store that serves individuals. Triple Flip stores feature girls' and women's clothing and accessories, with a specialty focus on tween sizes, for girls age 6 and up.  You can shop online at www.tripleflip.ca

 

Are there special care instructions for Triple Flip TEAM fabrics and garments?

Stretch garments should be washed in cool water and hung to dry, avoiding the use of fabric softeners, to maintain the performance features of the fabric. Washing with towels or other fluffy items is not recommended, as small balls of cotton may try to attach themselves. Dryers are not recommended, because the heat may cause weakening of the stretch fibers. Please avoid Velcro - it will cause horrible, terrible, permanent snagging damage.

Our premium cotton fleece is pre-washed, so that shrinkage will be minimal, and you know exactly what size you are buying.  No surprises!
